Week 3 of the NFL season has had some great games thus far. The game of the week belongs to the Houston Texans vs the New England Patriots. The Patriots jump out to a 7-0 lead but it did not last long. The Texans would score a Touchdown and add a field goal to take a 10-7 lead heading to the second quarter. Early in the second quarter the patriots would retake the lead 14-10 after a touchdown on a pass by New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady find Wide Receiver Chris Hogan for the score. After adding a field goal to cut the score to 14-13 the Texans would recapture the lead when Defensive End Jadeveon Clowney recovers a fumble and runs it back 22 yards for the touchdown. The Patriots were able to regain the lead heading into halftime with a 47 yard touchdown catch and run by Chris Hogan. Patriots lead 21-20 at halftime.

Coming out after halftime the Patriots would extend the lead after a touchdown catch by Brandon Cooks making the score 28-20 New England. The Texans were not about the give up without a fight and score a touchdown mid way through the quarter to cut the lead to one point 28-27. In the fourth and final quarter Houston once again captured the lead in this seesaw battle by adding a 31 yard field goal giving the Texans a 30-28 lead with just over 12 minutes to go. Houston would add to the lead with yet another Field Goal making the score Houston 33 New England 28 with just over two minutes to play in the game. Patriots with possession a Touchdown and a two point conversion wins the game. 1st and 10 on the patriots 25. First pass is incomplete 2nd and 10 turns into a 2nd and 20 after a holding penalty. 2nd and 20 becomes 3rd down and 12 after an 8 yard completion to Tight end Rob Gronkowski. Rob Gronkowski makes a 15 yard catch to help continue the drive 1st down Patriots. Brady completes a 14 yard pass to Wide Receiver Brandon Cooks for a first down at the Houston 44 yard line. 1st and 10 at the Texans 44 yard line Brady is sacked and fumbles but the Patriots recover the ball on its own 48 yard line. 2nd and 18 results in an incomplete pass and a Texans timeout. 3rd and 18 ball on the patriots 48 Brady completes a pass to Wide Receiver Danny Amendola for 27 yards to set up a first down at the Houston 25 Yard line. Next play Brady Snaps the ball looks for a receiver and finds Brandon Cooks in the End zone TOUCHDOWN Patriots! Officials review and the call stands Patriots lead 36-33 with 23 seconds remaining.

Last chance for Houston Deshaun Watson's pass complete to Deandre Hopkins for 21 yards to the Texans 46 yard line with two seconds remaining. Last Chance for Houston Watson Looks deep to Ellington and the pass is INTERCEPTED! Patriots win 36-33 in a wild game.
